We collect as little as possible and explain exactly what and why. This page describes our actual practice and has not yet had a final legal review.

What we collect

  • Signing the pledge: a display name (optional), a role, and an email if you choose to give one. You can sign anonymously.
  • Newsletter: your email address, with explicit consent and double opt-in.
  • We never store your IP address in the clear — only a one-way hash used to prevent abuse.

Your rights

You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your data, and unsubscribe at any time. Reach us via the contact page.

Retention

We keep data only as long as it is needed for the purpose you gave it for.
