To improve the quality of public debate: to distinguish knowledge, belief, evidence and interpretation; to name the patterns that strip people of their humanity; and to defend everyone's right to think differently — without giving up the right to argue.

• We criticize ideas, not people.
• We label honestly what is reporting, what is analysis, and what is opinion.
• We correct mistakes publicly, in the same place we made them.
• We publish sources. Without a source, it is opinion — and we say so.

This movement is built from the pockets of private individuals. We have no party, no religious establishment, and no donor who decides what we write. Our funding principles and financial reporting will be published here.

The movement is being established as a nonprofit (amuta) in Israel. Registration details, team and board will be published on this page once the process is complete. We do not publish names that have not yet been confirmed.
